Captain Sam and Willy were awesome. We were inexperienced fisherman just looking to get out on the water for a boat ride and a little fishing and they nailed the experience for us. Everything is provided including tutorials and even baiting the hooks. Perfect experience for a family on vacation looking to do something new. Highly recommend this boat ride and light fishing trip, we’ll definitely do it again next time we’re in town.

Captain Sam & First Mate will were excellent teachers and fishing buddies. It was my our first time deep sea fishing, and they were very patient about showing us the ropes. It sure helps that they put us on some great spots where the bite was so fast, consistent aggressive that it didn’t matter we missed a few while getting the hang of it. The boat is very sturdy and spacious, held up to the waves just fine, and also moves along quite quickly so you get from spot to spot in no time. For my music loving anglers: Will spotted my WSMFP hat and kept the heady tunes rolling all day! We had a wonderful day and can’t wait to be back with Capt. Sam and Co. again!

Bite was a little slow, but Sam and Will worked diligently to put us on fish. We ended up with a nice cooler, full of most of our targeted species. They will work to accommodate your request. Good trip!

Capt Sam is punctual, has a clean boat, fine equipment, a great 1st Mate and seems to know how to find fish.  A fast trip out to a spot in the Gulf, a couple hrs of eventful fishing with an attentive crew, a fast return and fish all filleted and bagged.  With the wx cooperating, it was a perfect morning. Looking forward to next time.

Can’t say enough about our trip with Captain Sam and First Mate Will. Had a fantastic time fishing about 30 miles off shore. We caught our limit of Red Grouper. We also caught Yellow tail and Vermillion snapper, Grunt, Almaco and a King fish. Sam and will put us on the fish quick and we’re so knowledgeable about the species and where to find them. Highly recommend them and will definitely book Suncoast again next year when we’re back!
