Honesty, Safety & Ethics. First 3 words that pop into my head about our trip on August 28th. Karl was honest with us about fishing in the afternoon by warning us of the typical summer squalls that can end a trip without notice. I insisted on an afternoon trip anyway. Karl was monitoring weather radar all afternoon along with the wind speed and direction while we were on the water. This speaks to his attention to keeping everyone safe. Finally, he fishes with ethics. Our first flounder we caught was a quarter inch too short and after letting me take a picture of it he put it back into the water. We did catch a couple of keepers later on!

My son and I were happy catching dog fish and sea robins, but Karl was not satisfied until he put us on some flounder.  Just as he was done cleaning and filleting our catch the heavy rain came, but we were safely back at the dock.

Great day out fishing and I would not use any other charter. This guy knows the water and he makes you feel comfortable it’s like fishing with an old friend.

I had great half day with Prime Time.  I own a small 16 foot bass boat that I just outfitted with a 50HP engine. Never been fishing in Salt Water. The Captain taught me a lot about fishing the bay, different spots and fishing rigs. Learned how to snag bunker and caught a few nice sand sharks and blues. The Stripers eluded us but one ran with the bait. The Captain taught me alot ,what to look for in bay and fish finder.  Got a lot of Safety lessons too that might actually save my life one day.  Overall a great day and great learning experience. Highly recommend.  Captain Karl is a really knowledgeable and nice guy.

This was a great trip. Captain Karl was instructive and helpful, while letting my son and I enjoy fishing together. More importantly, Captain Karl know where the fish were and we had a great time. At the end of the trip we were both satisfied and were able to have fresh fish for dinner! I would highly recommend this trip for two, you wont regret it.

Best time and the captain had shown me a few ways to beat sea sickness. Super excited with what we caught. The area is booming with restaurants or bars or ice cream for after the trip. I mean you can’t go wrong at all. 100 stars . The also filet our fish so they are nice and clean.

Captain Karl is the perfect host. It was my 9 year old’s first time on a boat and the Captain made him feel at ease and offered an education as well. Captain Karl handled everything from baiting to filleting. He is a true gentleman and a seasoned fisherman. This was by far the best Father’s Day and will def be a tradition going forward. Thanks for making it happen Captain !
