Nice boat with good gear. Captain put us on the salmon. I was a bit disappointed that an 8 hour trip ended early , when we limited out on salmon but with a couple hours left we didn’t target some other fish. Communication with Mark was a bit stressed at times but overall had a good days fishing. Make sure you specify exactly what you are expecting to fish for. Overall it is a good boat and captain.
Not sure why you would say that , as the halibut were at least a hour out from were we were and your time left would not allowed to get to the halibut grounds and back .. I told you the coho were not around at that time . And the wild coho were to be release .. As for stressed you made a statement that you can charter in Mexico and o called you on that and you didn’t like it so I drop it .. And I say it again you can not legally charter in Mexico.. So if you find that stressful so be it .. But be honest and say the facts and don’t try to hurt my reputation, as I’m a a honest and very hard working person . So with that being said good luck to you .. Also when you llimited out most and all charters bring you back in . And it wasn’t two hours it was one hour and I didn’t stop to get fuel so you for got to mention that ..

Just a few tips to help those who decide to go sport fishing. Even if you think you won’t get seasick, assume that you will get really ill. Hit the pharmacy for those behind the ear patches and ensure you put them/it on the night before. If you know nothing or less than nothing about fishing for salmon then do some You Tubing and learn what you need to know. No time to learn when the salmon is already on your line. No time for detailed explanations though Mark tried. It all happened so fast the salmon got away. Still we hooked 2 and that ain’t bad.

Hummm just a four ok that the worse I’ve ever got !! But it takes time to learn and it takes time on the water to learn your not going to do it on a short trip ever . There people who fish for years including myself that still lose fish , doesn’t matter if the fish in the line it takes time and practice to learn. Sorry you thought it only worth a four star .. Mark
We had an awesome day on the water with Mark. He was great with the kids (and the adults), and did whatever he could to find us fish.
The boat was clean, comfortable and perfect for a large group. Mark split away from the rest of the boats early in the day, and we bagged 5 beauty chinooks soon after.
I wouldn’t book with anyone else in the area, Mark is our guy.
