Jose was amazing.  It was really windy and we couldn’t get out to Scuba dive, so we decided to try some lagoon fishing and were not disappointed!  Jose was patient, which he needed to be as we frequently got the line fouled in the wind.  He just handed us another rod and we didn’t miss a cast!  Jose was a spectacular captain and host.  We caught a wide variety of fish and had a great time.  This trip is perfect for any skill level and can really be tailored to target specific species of fish, or type of fishing (fly, or spin cast).  I highly recommend fishing with this tour!

Yesterday my little brother and I had a GLORIOUS DAY with Captain Maurice fly / light tackle fishing. He’s a very funny guy that works very very hard for you; we had a blast! The boat and equipment are top notch, too. If you go fishing with Captain Maurice and have any complaints, well then your expectations of life are unrealistic and you should make an appointment and see someone about that. I absolutely recommend Martin’s light tackle and fly fishing charter service, and Capt Maurice, if you can get him. Oh, and no matter how good you are with a fly rod, Capt Maurice will make you look like a chump on the first whip of his first cast. Yes, he’s that good. Show off! :-)

We have been out with Mauricio many times being one trip to Mexico in March 2022 which was once again an awesome time. We enjoy him so much we booked three 6 hour trips in one week. Caught 6 kinds of fish (about 20 total) laughed the entire time . Very very pleasant guy and really works hard to help you find the fish. This company is one I will always go to for fishing trips in Mexico. The owner Martin makes booking the trip very simple and easy, follows up with reminders amd try’s to accommodate you in anyway he can. Can not say enough how great this company is.

Martin makes it easy. I was a little hesitant to book a trip while on vacation but martin makes everything very easy. He gives me directions on how to find him and even sent pictures of where his office is. He set us up with mau and we had a great afternoon trip. The winds were strong but mau worked hard to out us on some fish and made sure we had a great time on the water!
