Four of us booked the Wind-walker II for a five-hour trip. The overall trip was great because we did not let certain things disrupt the trip.  Below is the good and the bad experiences:

Good:
1. Captain was professional and knowledgeable
2. Boat and equipment were in excellent in excellent condition

Bad:
1. First Mate Mark
a. Rude and talked down to all four of us
   
      2. When showing us how to use the rod and reel, he said “I am only going
        to show you one time how to do this

      3. Bait was not cut up.  We ran out of bait several times and had to wait on
        him to cut it up

      4. He would come over and grab our hooks and just start baiting them and
        acted like we were annoying him

      5. When we got back to the dock, I asked him to take a picture of all of us
        with the fish and he was rude and never even took the picture

Recommendations:

    1. I would recommend the trip if Mark WAS NOT the First Mate.

    2. Mark should be removed from boat or he should learn how to talk to
      people, this is a customer service business and he should remember that
 
    3. We paid very good money for this trip and should have been treated better
 

We had a great day on the water.  We caught fish when most other boats came back with one or two…...  And Brotula’s did a fantastic job cooking them for us….
