Wanted a spring break fishing trip that wasn’t crazy far from home. Captain Dan and his son did not disappoint. While the weather was freezing we had an amazing time and plan on booking again in the future. 10/10

We started at 6:30 had a 5 man limit by 10am. Weather was chamber of commerce perfect!!!

If you want a captain that knows the Detroit River and fish, and is doing everything he can to have you catch fish,then captain Dan is the one for you. Along side of him is his son Ryan. Hooked up Charters is top notch.

Captain Dan wasted no time and put us on the fish right away. Largest small mouth I’ve ever caught. I had no problem releasing that tank back into the River. Friend of mine had never caught a walleye and Captain made sure he could never say that again. Deck hand Ryan was busy and kept our lines Hooked Up! Fantastic trip! Highly recommend you use Hooked Up Sport Fishing!

The only reason I gave 4 stars on the overall trip was the wind and the fish were hardly biting. Capt. Dan did his utmost to put us on the fish and even extended the trip an extra hour. We had a morning departure time but due to the rain, Capt. Dan was flexible and we switched to the afternoon. First mate was great also because we kept him busy. We did have a great time though and would consider Hooked Up Charters for next year.
