We were fishing with Alex and his team in September 2019. Fishing turned out like never before! Lots of different fish! Tuna, grouper, snapper and barracuda. Excitement and adrenaline just scaled))) Also a delicious lunch in Thai style with sashimi from caught tuna )))Thank you Alex!!!! Thank BELUGA team for an unforgettable holiday, and great fishing)))

We had a great day out with Captain Alex and the crew. Even during the quiet time of year for good sports fishing they managed to get us into the fish, this coupled with a delicious lunch and swimming time on island beaches made for a perfect day away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket’s high tourist season. Great journey!
We were fishing at 29 of March 2019 with Mr. Alexey Prokhorov.
We ordered the BELUGA boat. It was private fishing charter.
Two dozen of tunas waited from 1.5 to 2.5 kg and one large marlin around 15 ... 20 kg were hooked.
We recommend Mr. Alexey Prokhorov and his team.

We did fishing by trolling from Chalong pier to the Racha Noi island and back.
Were two adults and two children (5 and 7 years old) and 3 persons of boat team.
I liked that the team made efforts to catch fish!
In my opinion, fishing is like an adventure and the chasing for luck.
If I pay money for fishing and the sailors have some rest and do nothing to catch fish that is disappointing.
For example sailors from another boat did not match efforts and caught two small tunas (fished the same day not far from us).
But it was not about Beluga team. The Beluga sailors made efforts to catch the fish ...
The fisherman periodically checked the fishing tackles for plants or other garbage on hooks.
Also they checked knots and mess in the ropes and cleared it up (if needed).
The team watched carefully ahead for any sign of fish in the ocean and went there.
Guys also listened the broadcast and corrected the route respectively.
They checked and changed the bite for predatory fish.
For lunch we had fresh prepared tuna + chicken and rice, the children were very happy with fresh fruits (better than the restaurant).
The children slept in the cabin on the way back (it is convenient that there is a cabin on the boat).
Honestly speaking I was even tired of catching tuna on the way back…
I thought to ask to stop fishing when the big Marlin bit suddenly. It was the real challenge to pull it out from the water.
Firstly I reeled the still fishing line up around five minutes. Then the Marlin started to go under the boat again and again. The sailors released still fishing line (in order to Marlin not to mess with the propeller). Then I reeled that fishing line up again. I was afraid we lose the Marlin. Finally guys managed to pull marlin out from the water.
Everyone had an adrenalin in his blood!

In summary,
I believe that Alexei Prokhorov and his team provide a real chance to catch a fish.
And if you’re lucky it could be a great one.
We recommend Alexey Prokhorov.

We caught a couple of yellow fin tunas and had a great day on boat. Thanks Alex!

Despite the rough seas, we did catch some fish and hate a nice lunch. Good value for money.
