Jake’s Offshore Adventures runs fishing, lobstering, crabbing, and spearfishing trips out of Islamorada and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.

Capt. Jake is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, kite fishing, popping, spearfishing, and spinning, depending on what you’re going after. As part of their 2 to 8-hour trips, you can target species like Dolphin, Wahoo, Snapper, Grouper, Tuna, and Hogfish, depending on the current season and weather conditions.

Your fishing adventure starts on a 30’ Island Hopper that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat features an ice-box.

When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. No need to worry about fishing licenses, as they will be provided and handled by the charter.

You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip.

Capt. Jake runs trips together with his first mate, who’s there to help you with whatever you may need. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done.

There will be complimentary drinks aboard for your convenience during the trip, but feel free to bring your own drinks or snacks if you prefer.
