Great place to fish year round and the San Diego bay really goes off in may. The inshore seemed almost ready to go but not quite yet. Im sure it will bust open in June for Yellows.

Eric was fun, well equipped with nice gear and a fine boat. His knowledge of the bay, ability to teach a new bee the techniques to catch fish are priceless! He made this a memorable family trip for us, my adult daughter and son. The three of us had a blast, caught double digit amount of fish!!

My wife bought me this fishing trip for Father's Day .Me my son my son in law and my grandson went out today with captain Eric on rising tide.Eric put us on the fish right away for 3 hours non stop we caught halibut Corbina white sea bass spotted sand bass calico bass mackerel and a big shovel head shark this was a great experience with a great captain I recommend this trip for anyone that wants to have fun catching fish all day with a very knowledgeable captain that is also a great guy

Captain Eric took my dad and I out for 6 hours on the bay. Weather was great and after the first hour or so the bite turned on. We tried 5 or 6 different spots. The flies he provided were excellent and we caught plenty of fish. Sinking line and a 7 wt rod with 12 lb tipped are an ideal setup.

Eric was outstanding! I’ve hardly ever fished in my life but Eric was insightful and knows his stuff. I went with one of my groomsmen and between the two of us we caught over 30 fish. Highly recommend going with Captain Eric because he knows all the hot spots and he wants you to catch fish!
