- I had the love of fishing since I was a small child. I was a licensed captain in three states at the prime of my life. I've settled down to Just Fish Oregon. I've been running a charter boat operation now for 24 years fresh and saltwater. The style and technique that I'd prefer is the one with a fish on the end of your line. I pursue many different species of fish both in fresh and saltwater and the techniques vary considerably.
