My brother flew down from up north so we booked two days with Captain John. So…. The first cast of the first day my brother lands a 7.5lb monster! (Monster for us) we caught bass both days and had a blast! Cpt John, the boat, gear, everything was top not professional. He was really knowledgeable and taught a so much about fishing lake Okeechobee. We are already planning another trip for September.  Can’t wait!!

John was VERY knowledgeable. Thee best fishing guide I had ever had. We went for peacock bass instead of large mouth because the fishing was better. I took my uncle with me and he had a great time. He is 83 years old and John helped him with everything. Boat was extremely nice, organized and clean. I have an influential channel the Fishy Camper on YouTube and I learned a lot on this trip. He explained each species that we caught. I highly recommend Captain John if you are in the area and want a memorial experience.

It was a great day of fishing! My husband has always wanted to fish Lake Okeechobee. Today, we made that happen. Thanks to our guide John! He’s an excellent guide!!
