So our group went out on Captain Greg’s boat and had a blast! All of us are novice fishermen so we didn’t know anything as to what we were doing.

Ricky, Captain Greg’s sidekick was really good at teaching everyone how to use the equipment, showing us techniques to reel the fish in, and answering our questions. All in all it was a great day!!

On a side note: we initially wanted the 10 hour trip going 70 miles out from shore, but due to safety concerns we were told that it was best to reschedule; which we really couldn’t do anytime soon. However Captain Greg worked with us and instead took us on the 6 hour trip which is closer to shore and probably best for novices like ourselves as we really didn’t think that fishing would be as strenuous as it was; it suffices to say that we were all knocked out by the time we got home and laid in our beds.

Thank you Ricky and Captain James for the trip and putting up with us 😂 We will be booking another trip with you guys sometime in the future!

Captian Greg and Ricky were great! They both worked hard to make sure my husband and I caught fish. Ricky is a great first mate and very knowledgeable of the fish we were catching. They both were personable and made us feel at ease from the start. I would recommend this trip to anyone that would like a more personalized fishing trip that is not those huge commercial type fishing boats.

We enjoyed the trip very much captain Gregg was very friendly As well as fun to be around his Fur his 1st mate was awesome As well as fun to be around his 1st mate was awesome. And we had pleasant conversations and joke around and even though we did not catch a lot of fish the captain really tried hard to put his own fish. The ride and trip alone was worth every dime. We would definitely book with him again We would definitely book with him again. I thank you captain and thank you to your 1st mate for making this trip a very pleasurable one.

This charter exceeded our expections. First, Greg and Ricky were both enthusiastic and helpful. Second, we ended up catching 10 fish on a four hour charter which was way more than we intially thought. We would definitely recommend this charter to anyone. It doesn’t matter if you have a ton of experience or none at all. They were both super knowledgeable and helpful.

This was our first charter fishing trip. It was fun for the whole family. Even though the weather threatened to cancel our plans, good fishing luck prevailed and we caught about 30 Spanish mackerel and bluefish. We even saw some dolphins sheik out on the boat. It was so nice to have everything taken care of for us. My 7 yo son had so much fun reeling in the fish with myself, his dad, & his grandpa. We want to do a future offshore trip for bigger fish but this was a perfect starter trip.
