Beautiful fishing spot on Cook Inlet. Very knowledgeable guide, showed us knot tying techniques, taught us to cast a 12 foot pole. He was very personable and we had good conversations. Unfortunately the high winds and waves cut our expedition short, but was still an enjoyable experience. If you are planning this trip, be aware that the reserved time may change by hours, depending on tides, and if you wish to keep any fish, be prepared to purchase a cooler and make your own arrangements for getting it home. We were three women, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

My brother and I had an amazing time catching five different species of fish right on a beautiful beach. Mckenzie is a very skilled angler that I would recommend to people of all ages and skill level.

What a fantastic time! My 13 yr old nephew & I caught somewhere around 15 fish each. Tyler was great keeping our hooks baited & taking off our fish. I rarely fish but he helped me & I had a great time! My nephew who fishes all the time really enjoyed it also. Would highly recommend this fishing excursion to everyone, experienced or not.

We never caught halibut but had lovely experience. This is surf fishing off beach. Tyler taught us a lot. We caught cod which was challenging to bring in. Overall really enjoyed experience and Tyler is great guide. No sea sickness with this fishing experience.

Early season, low water. Dave worked very hard to get two fish-a lake trout and a Dolly Varden. Both he and his wife were very knowledgeable of the water, which was essential. Highly recommended.
