Background
I started out on the Block Island ferries and transitioned to tugs and barges. I have been a tugboat captain for 35+ years and retired in 2021. I have fished recreationally all my life and always wanted to run a charter boat.
Techniques
Mostly bottom fishing for Scup, Black Sea Bass, Weakfish and Fluke. I have also done some drift fishing for the same. I intend to live bait fish this year for Striper and Bluefish.
