family of 9, everyone excited for deep sea fishing, dramamine in hand for those who can feel queasy. that morning there were storm clouds, i thought to myself i wonder if we will get rescheduled so i checked my email…nothing. we got picked up okay and loaded the boat. captain on the dock eagerly waiting for his cash and not a word out of his mouth which makes me wonder if he knew. 30 mins in i got seasick. then husband, then youngest then my other son. we were down for he count for 6 hours. the other 5 stayed up right and were able to catch 4 barracudas. fish were not that readily biting. i was not asleep just my eyes closed and could hear everything around me. you could not walk anywhere around or in the boat without the possibility of falling over. the cabin DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING LIKE IT SAID. IT DID NOT HAVE A STATEROOM THAT COULD BE USED LIKE IT SAID. all the crews stuff was in the state room. No snacks were given which i read it was on the 6 hour and 8 hour trips. it was so rough that if you where on the back end or even inside you would get wet from big splashes from the waves. and the inside only had 2 Plexiglas windows and was still able to get me soaked on the couch. the restaurant place to have the fish cooked did a great job cooking the fish. it is just a hut on the side of the beach. we did this on our 3rd day in mexico and the days following the waters were nicer and calmer. to give you an idea the beach at the resort went from full on seaweed, brown water to crystal clear from saturday when we went to monday early morning. last time that happened while we were there it was cause of a tropical storm. i went off reviews to book this one and also was wanting to go with someone who sounded local but the last time i did that we ended up disappointed and in this case as well. will now always go for the companies with more info and better websites. you can also just go to those stand for excursions and they were trying to get us to book for just $500 but we had this one scheduled the next day..thats another tip since this cost us $700 :(

Terrible weather, everyone got seasick. Trip should have not been allowed to take place.
Good evening Mr. Patrick, I admit that there was a chance of rain, the port was open to go fishing, it started to rain, but then it got better and they decided to return due to seasickness. an apology should have asked him if he had other days available to choose the best day.
