Good selection of fishing rods and clean boat, but the bait was not fresh and the captain spent most of the time below deck on his mobile phone, so didn’t help us to fish or move to a new area when we weren’t having much luck. Don’t feel it was the best value for money. The captain and his mate were both friendly. Just didn’t get the fishing experience we were looking for, especially with two newbies to fishing who we had hoped would be taught how to fish.

The bait was fresh that morning lt was was the bin that was fishsmell.whilst it has been very difficult to fish for live bait .buying the bait has been the only solution for a few days the bait was fresh that morning .once the skipper had set you up with rods for all of you.and we can’t mention on here what species you caught whilst not deliberately fising for these They went for the bait.if you recall your male member had a a big fish on his line which took 2 of you 30 mins to bring it along side the boat .then shortly after a other was caught on the starboard side.other members of your party were catching fish and very lucky to catch a maceral.and few other species.after a while you was asked if you would like to look for dolphin and whales.we saw an abundance of both.also we did trolling for tuna for you again we don’t like our customers to go away and think they didn’t enjoy the trip we offer your party another trip on your next visit for free .captain in his cabin We are sorry that he didn’t close the door which is his office and unfortunately the mobile phone is our link. We have taken this comment in good spirit and in future his office door must be closed whilst he is doing weather checks communicating with other boats on where the big fish may be the tides are important and continously checked as they govern fish biting on some occasions.But thank you for your review and hopefully we have taken on board what you have said and changes will be made happy customers is a happy crew .

Probably not a great time of year for fishing. Caught one fish between 5 people. In 4 hours. We’ve done a lot of fishing trips around world and this was least memorable.
Hi Ian We are fishing in the North Atlantic we are not tropical a man of your statue should know this .we are sub tropical. That day the boat caught no fish we agree .some how a 4 ft Eagle stingray got caught on one of the fisherman’s line .we so not actively fish this species and it is rare to be caught.any how tenerife fishing isn’t for you so stick with tropical waters you will be much happier. As a fisherman who caught nothing don’t blame the skipper I must rate you zero as a fisherman .your complaint isn’t justified and nothing free is in the post covid World especially Not explaining your complaint Ian thank you for coming on board and good luck fishing keep tight lines and good night

Hi Roger I was very sorry you didn’t show up to your 2nd paid trip.If you fail to inform our skipper things are not quite right for you on the fishing excursion how can he put things back on track. Our business goal is to make sure all our customers are happy customer who become our friends and return year after year.so on this occasion whilst I would normally agree with the customer.it leaves me wondering how an experienced man could drop a rod with a reel on it into the water .May be this is why you didn’t write a review .the rod by the way was brand new and reel purchased last week for €500 plus €80 line.and the depth of the ocean was 40m.it would have been nice for you to say publicly yes im sorry I dropped the rod there was a secure line next to you for it to be clipped in of which as an experienced angler was purly negligent of you It hurts me to say this but I review you no stars With no thoughts but to your self. No briefing on what we will be doing or where we will be going to. No life jackets for kids on very rough sea. This is neglecting peoples safety. My son age 7 was sea sick not once did he ask if he is ok.Very inhumane. I asked to go back to the dock early as my 7 year old was vomiting, the captain made us stay till the end. Old reels on old rods. Lines getting tangled in the wind. He spent most of the trip untangling line.Save your money don’t book.
