actually,we just wait on the boat,not much chance to interrupt in the whole fishing process ,so maybe a bit bored during these few hours~ but its lucky to see dolphins and double rainbow on that day. btw,its so disappointed that when we want to get back our photos and video from the captain after the trip,they just ignore us and no any replies.
Jessica, We’re appalled to hear you didnt have a great time. From what we were able to capture, looks like you and your group had an amazing time. It sounds like because of some photos and videos werent provided to you, is more the reason you are upset. However, bare in mind - photos we take are for OUR website and media use, and when edited and available we will share on OUR site and that is why we remind all our customers to subscribe and follow all our social media accounts and stay up to date!
Also please note that we are a full time running charter and its possible we havent had a chance to upload all the videos/photos from all OUR past trips. **Nowhere in our policy does it say the timeframe of when video/photos will be available and that is why we offer to take photos for you with your devices, so you also have a memory of it for yourselves!
To all those reading, we have never received a bad review - because we always do our best to make your trip as exceptional as possible.
We truly did our best this day. Catching the biggest and only fish that day for all charter boats and finding the dolphins, was a bonus indeed.
These customers hung out long after their trip, enjoying the sashimi and kelaguen we provided to them, took plenty of pictures with their own cameras to document the day, but yet - unfortunately unsatisfied and saying trip was mediocre because of some photos and videos that werent provided at their convenience.
We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that we can continue our good reputation moving forward.

Captain was more worried about his Instagram posts than he was about fishing. Spent 4 hours trolling lures directly behind our wake rather than using riggers to extend out beyond the wake. 3 fish over 4+ hours of fishing.
Mr Kiesling, At the end of the day I‘d say we did our part in providing the exceptional service you came out for and its unfortunate you would say otherwise. Catching three fish is better than not catching at all. If it wasnt for the overtime I put in those last 30 mins, running the lures the best way I know how - you may have went home with two fish instead of 3, so I thought for sure I did my job. Lastly, after becoming a follower on our instagram - you can see pretty clearly that our reason for being so punctual with social media/footage is to provide the captured moments our customers love and look forward to. However, you may be one of the few who don’t appreciate the charter service we provide and you’re entitled your opinion. But we thank you for the opportunity anyway! We hope you all at least enjoyed the fish served to you fresh off the dock and bags of fillets we made covenient for you to take home.
