Captain tyler was such a great captain and made my girlfriend who has never been on a boat feel very comfortable and safe. We cut it short because she got sea sick. But i came back alone a fee days later and benny gave me a discount and tyler put me on my first sailfish!! If you’re fishing in pompano and not doing it with benny’s you’re wasting money, wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I HIGHLY recommend Benny’s Book a Mate & Fishing Charter. Benny has a great personality, made us feel welcome and excited to fish!  His enthusiasm is contagious.
  We caught a fish within minutes of putting the lines in the water. All together we caught 2 Tuna, 2 king mackerel, a couple Bonita’s and two barracuda.
  Benny worked his tail off making sure our charter was enjoyable and the fish was plentiful!
  We will definitely book our next finishing charter with Benny when we come back to Florida!

Although we were in Florida for the scorching heat, our fishing trip was amazing and so worth it!  Tyler was great with my 9 year old son and we caught a lot of photo worthy fish.  I’m still upset about the tuna that miraculously jumped off the line at the last minute, but that’s how fishing goes I suppose! lol. We’d book this trip again in a heartbeat and especially because they donate the fish we did not take home to the local shelter/church.  We really loved that Benny’s gives back to the community!

My 10 year old daughter and I went out with Capt. Tyler. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was relentless in making sure we had a good time, and would stop at nothing to make sure my daughter made her first big catch. Which she did (and plus some)! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
