We were hoping for Dorado and Capt. Avi did everything possible to put us on the fish and maximize our chances. It was a beautiful day, light north breeze to flat, clear and sunny, and that was the problem. We ended the day with a respectable little Bonito and that was enough to enjoy two great meals. If you only catch bonito, be happy as they are delicious when prepared correctly.
