Having been on numerous guided fishing trips, this is the first time the guide I booked with wasn’t there. Went out about 20 minutes and trolled around until time was up, not a single bite. I do agree with fishing is a 50/50 shot, if the fish don’t bite they don’t bite, have had plenty of those days, but if the guide I book with isn’t gonna be there a heads up would be nice. We were referred to Captin Gabriel by my girlfriends coworkers and were told he’s a great guide, I don’t that at all, we had a good time. Saw a pod of whales and a huge school of Sting Rays that was really cool. Overall not bad at all, but I do expect the guide I’m referred to (did inform him we were referred to him when I booked) and book with to be there when it’s time to time.

We caught a mahi mahi finally at the end of the trip. This place is probably not good to do bottom fishing. So, do trolling and trust your luck. If possible, not book half day if you want a big fish as you need to go 40 miles to arrive in the region where Marlin and big Tuna thrive.

Captain Gabriel gave us an incredible trip! His boat, the Emma, was solid ,clean, and very good luck. He worked hard for us as long as we could stand up. Thank you, Capitan for making our vacation bountiful! Rock n Roll ! FishOn !

We love the trip. We did not catch a fish but the guys were very knowledgeable and make us feel safe. We connect our own music to their Bluetooth and had a blast.
We stop for snorkeling and also we went to eat a local beach restaurant
