Indigenous Charters fully encompasses the meaning of the word indigenous . The knowledge that Tyler brought about the area, locations, species of fish, how to catch and what to use is exceptional. when you are some place unfamiliar you always ask the local people for information. Tyler is that person for fishing Southwest Florida waters.

We came to Tyler as a family with mixed experiences levels of fishing and Tyler was able to meet us on all levels. We asked for a mix of fish and some species that we could keep for dinner. He put us on to fish immediately and everyone in the boat where catching fish. We were pulling in fish from every size and species. We brought in a bunch of Sheep’s head, squirrel fish, red snapper, mangrove snapper, yellow tail snapper, trigger, flounder, triple tail, red fish and snook. Even though we had a very large cold front come through a couple of days before that shut down red fish and snook, Tyler was able to put us on them and catch.

Tyler knows the area and the timing of what to fish when. Because of this we were able to fish all day and never once feel like we where standing still and not catching fish. Again; his knowledge of the area was entertaining and enlightening.

Tyler’s equipment was very fitting for us and his boat was well kept and stocked for our day out on the water. All of us have not stopped talking about the trip and what great memories we have and will have In the future. We have and will recommend Indigenous Charters and Tyler to everyone who asks.
