We had an outstanding fishing trip. Captain Roger was very knowledgeable knowing where to take us to catch fish from the start. Each time we stopped we caught fish. The deck hands were so kind and helpful. Knowing exactly where to be and keeping us safe. The eight hours passed so quickly we wished we had done the twelve hour trip.
The fish we caught and the experience was well worth every penny. Tonight’s dinner was a sampler of the Gulf thanks to Captain Roger And his crew. See you next year!!

Guys trip with my 9 and 11 year old boys, dad, brother, and cousin.  I think the amount of rain the previous days before our trip impacted the fishing. Captain tried to get us on some kingfish but they just weren’t cooperating. He moved quickly from one spot to another not wasting time if we weren’t catching anything. He did a great job getting us on some fish. We had a great time catching red snapper one after another even though we couldn’t keep them (not in season). Boat was great and the deckhand Buddy, did a great job. We all had fun and I would highly recommend!

Captain Sorenson and Kyle are the best. We were greeted at the dock with handshakes and a great boat. After a quick ride out we were put on Red Snapper immediately and had a few nice fish on the line less than 5 minutes after dropping lines. We caught our limits of really good sized fish in no time. Some debris in the water cut our trip short but Captain Sorenson made sure that we were taken care of. Kyle never stopped running around baiting our hooks and unhooking our fish. I definitely plan on fishing with them again.

If you want a great personalized fishing experience this is the Captain to go with.  We’ve fished for two years now with Roger and each time its been so fun.  The boat is spotless and well taken care of.  The deck hand is helpful, especially patient with us women, and knowledgeable when we get chatty and start asking lots of questions.  The men have a great time too.  We always catch our limit and he puts on ON THE FISH!!  Such a fun and wonderful time.  We are looking forward to next year!  FISH ON!!!!

We can not recommend this Captain enough! We were on the boat for two hours to reach the fishing spot. When we got there we couldn’t reel in the red snapper fast enough. We even had to throw some back. We had a storm come in on us so we had to sit there for a while while the storm passed to hit the king fish. While we waited we enjoyed fishing tips and fishing stories from our captain. Once the storm passed we threw our lines out and didn’t even get to chum the waters before we got hit with king fish! My husband reeled in the biggest king of the year thus far 46lb king mackerel!!!!! As soon as that was in the boat the next king fish was hooked and ready to come in. Mine wasn’t as big as my husband’s but still put up a good fight. And then the dolphins hit. They were relentless. They kept getting our bait. The captain tried very hard to out run the dolphins and lose them, but it didn’t work. Unfortunately we had to cut our losses and go in. Despite the storm and the dolphins we had a blast!!! We will be booking with them again!
