Captain Corey has been fishing this bay since he could walk and it shows. We booked this charter last minute, and that’s always risky. What we lucked into was a captain that worked harder than most I’ve ever come across to make sure we had a great trip. It was a challenging day for a lot of reasons, but when other boats went on early and frustrated we hung out in a few different spots and hooked up a lot of fish. Not always the size and species we wanted- but hey that’s the game!

This is Corey’s first year guiding and he’s going to do fine fishing these waters. He works hard to maintain his equipment and I suspect it won’t be long before he’s one of the most sought after guides on Apalachicola Bay.
