We had a great days fishing with my chance fishing charter. Captain Mick was very knowledgeable about fishing in the area and deck hand Eric looked after us well all day. We caught plenty of fish including a 25 pound black fin tuna, red snapper and trigger. We would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

Great Experience! Capt Mike was knowledgeable and patient. He got us to the fish and they kept us bated so we could keep fishing. We even reeled in a shark (didn’t keep!) just a nice laid back relaxing experience. Plus, plenty of fish to take back to the restaurant. Would not hesitate to book again! Captain Mike and his deck hand were awesome!!! We caught more than enough fish even though the weather was starting to get bad, but his main concern was our families safety, so we headed back in. We had a GREAT time and would highly recommend Captain Mike to anyone looking for a great fishing trip!!! Thanks again Captain Mike!!!!!!

Captain Mike is a very knowledgeable Destin native. Knows the area well. He did a very good job moving and selecting locations to find the fish. Our party of 6 went on a Sunday morning and selected the 4 hour trip. We didn’t want deep sea fishing. Red Snapper was our target. We’re about 2 months into their season which makes it more challenging. We thought 4 hours would be enough. I noticed most other boats were doing longer.

We discussed it afterwards with Captain Mike and 5 or 6 hours would have been better for our group. It would have included catching life bait and fishing a little farther into the gulf.

The best thing we could have done was to call Mike ahead and discuss it more. We did pull in some large smaller and a variety of other fish and we got a good workout by manning the poles which we wanted to do!!

Non-fishing men (6 in total).  Great trip. Great captains. Caught tons and then the captains dropped at local restaurant and we ate the catch!!!!!  Highly recommend this charter.  4 hours was perfect time for generally not people who fish !
