We had a great time with Captain Marc and 1st mate Irvin. The weather was absolutely perfect but only caught a few keeper Jaguar Bass and a few small rainbows which were released. Caption Marc referred us to a local restaurant to have our catch cooked up and will be doing that today! Cheers!!

Even though it rained the whole trip Captain Marc and Mate Irwin took excellent care of us. Checked in with us the day prior to ensure the food and beverage selections suited our tastes, gave easy directions, fished multiple ways, and caught a variety of fish. Even recommended a restaurant that cooked our catch for us (The Blue Bass fish is excellent). Great day! Thank you!

Fishing Lake Arenal with Captain Marc was like owning a private Lake. We were the only boat in sight fishing on this 33 mile long lake. No problems trolling and worrying about other fishing vessels. We caught fish within minutes of our first troll. My wife caught the first and largest of nearly 7 pounds, we caught a good amount of fish of different species. Amazing location for a fishing trip. Captain Marc was very helpful with our transportation. The trip is probably best suited to anglers with some experience lake fishing as there was limited teaching during the trip. Marc offered sodas and allowed us to keep fish with free preparation of the fish if we wanted which was great! Good day out fishing.

Captain Marc is a good man and is a gracious and smart guide. He works hard to help you catch fish. The lake is beautiful. Great way to spend part of your day. If you catch Guapote you will be delighted.
