1. Prior to your original booked date, I informed you of the rough sea conditions that were expected on Wednesday, three days in advance. Additionally, I made sure you were well aware of the rough sea conditions on Friday, the day of your rescheduled trip.

2. In an effort to enhance your experience despite the rough seas on Friday, I provided you with a complimentary upgrade to a larger and newer boat. This upgrade resulted in a significant discount of approximately $300, demonstrating my commitment to providing the best possible service.

3. While refreshments were indeed available onboard, considering the frequency of you and your guests’ seasickness, I assumed you might not have had an appetite. I apologize if this assumption was incorrect and if it affected your experience. Please be assured that we strive to cater to our customers’ needs to the best of our ability.

4. Regarding the incident you mentioned about one of your friends driving. They were behind the wheel,  in a no-wake zone at a very low speed for a brief second. This occurred while I gave a safety briefing. As for the boat “plug,” it was merely a lighthearted remark I made during the ice-breaking process upon arrival. I made the joke as I backed the boat down into the water  

5. Regarding the cast net, I did notice that you brought your own, which led me to believe you intended to use it during the trip. However, the cast net you brought was of poor craftsmanship, impacting its usability. I always have frozen bait onboard to ensure a successful fishing experience for all customers.

6. As part of our comprehensive fishing experience, we encourage customers to participate in various fishing activities. This includes tasks like putting a pre-tied leader onto a swivel, which provides an opportunity for customers to learn and engage in different aspects of fishing.

The level of customer service we strive to provide to all our patrons is of utmost importance to us. We appreciate your review, as it allows us to identify areas for improvement.
