This was our first time doing a nearshore fishing charter. The four of us had a blast!!!  We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Florida and will book another outing with Captain Eric Myers.

Capt. Eric is on time, professional and always looking for the fish.  My little girl had a great time and really enjoyed going fishing on a boat for the first time.  Caught some sea trout, catfish and lady fish.  Kind of a slow fish bite but a good day on the water. Have booked with Capt. Eric before and plan on it again.

I am a northeast person use to fishing bass, salmon, trout and strippers. I have been going to Florida for many years and wanted to try fishing there. I saw captain Eric’s site and chose to try his river experience. He was punctual, ready to sail off and had plenty or tackle an bait.  We traveled the river to his spots at sunrise. We hit his spots, if fish weren’t jumping/surfacing then I was catching them. I had a great time just at the 1st spot catching jacks, snapper and a “lady fish”. Took me awhile to get use to different fishing.  They fought great at any size. We headed to other spots for sea trout I caught. Then for black drum. He wants to make sure you catch fish and a variety.  I had a blast!  Can’t wait to return next year. A must with Captain Eric.

Boat and equipment were in excellent condition.  Good fishing!!
