So I booked a 6 hour trip with Captain Jeremy to celebrate a few birthdays. The experience was just amazing. From the very beginning Captain Jeremy was very nice, he told us what to expect and didn’t skip a beat when it came to fulfilling those expectations. Overall we caught over 15 fish, only keeping the ones that were above the minimum requirement. 10/10 would recommend and I definitely see myself booking another trip with Captain Jeremy! Thank you for the amazing fishing trip!

It’s hard to put into words how AWESOMELY special the 3-hour trip my boyfriend and I had with Captain Jeremy. My boyfriend and I have had private charter trips in other countries and several times along the Southern California coast. To the credit of Captain Jeremy and Kevin with Nemo Charters, this trip was by FAR the BEST one we’ve ever had!

Like many, life has been hard lately, so this birthday trip was very special and I was nervous that we wouldn’t catch any fish and frankly, that I couldn’t find a reasonably priced private charter. This was the perfect option. Not only was Kevin very attentive in communicating and ensuring all my questions were answered before and during booking.

Captain Jeremy was incredibly helpful and hands-on, ensuring the poles were always ready, bait was on the hooks, and the catch was handled well! It helps to not have 7 people on the boat so the captain can help each person more (it was just my boyfriend, me, and the captain). However, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this charter again with a few more people.

My boyfriend and I especially appreciated that Captain Jeremy was SO informed
it made the trip fun and educational, as he provided so many interesting facts and educational bits about the fish, fishing, casting, historical trends, pro-tips and much more. There’s never any guarantee you’ll catch fish of course, but this trip was also incredible in that we caught over 20 fish! That’s not including the ones we had to release back into the water because of the size limitations.  This too is a testament to the skill and expertise of Captain Jeremy and the Nemo Charters team.

Given how much pressure there was for this trip to be special (my boyfriend and I really needed the break and it was his birthday) I’m blown away how exceptional the service and experience was with Nemo Charters. We’ll absolutely be back soon! Thank you so much for the incredible experience! We are so impressed and grateful.

Our family was on vacation and just wanted to have some fun fighting some decent sized fish. Captain Jeremy did not disappoint! From the time we arrived at our fishing site to the time we left there literally wasn’t a moment when one of us didn’t have a fish on. We were catching Sand bass, Calico bass and barracuda with a chance at some sharks. Family also enjoyed the occasional seal and dolphin along the way. Captain Jeremy was very professional and made the trip extremely enjoyable. If we’re ever back in the area would definitely plan a half or full day out with Captain Jeremy again.

We had a fun time with Hunter. He was very hard working and made sure we all had an opportunity to catch a fish. I was disappointed that we only caught two little guys, and had to release them. I wish we would have been able to catch something that we could have taken home.
