Captain Fernando and his first mate were awesome and dedicated to giving us the day we wanted on the water. Fishing was slow, so we snorkeled at a coral reef and swam with playful sea lions. We then continued to fish until we had a couple keepers in the boat. After that we had lunch on a gorgeous beach, where the crew set up a table with homemade ceviche and pasta salad for us. Overall a fantastic time and I will use Captain Fernando again when I am back in La Paz.

Captain Fernando & First mate Jairro made my first fishing trip to La Paz excellent. I will definitely return and fish with this team. Fernando helped make this first experience amazing. The fishing was excellent and Fernando and Jairro exhibited their passion and local knowledge throughout to make this one of the best fishing trips ever. The correspondence prior to meeting was quick and easy. The fishing was excellent and the ceviche lunch was amazing. Fernando made sure that every aspect of this trip was top notch. I will return and highly recommend fishing with Captain Fernando.

Captain Fernando and deckhand Nardo were both friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about delivering a great experience. The time we took to catch bait mackerel paid off big time with 3 nice yellowtail, two in the 20 kilo range. On the way home Fernando went out of his way to track a young humpback whale we spotted - my grandsons were thrilled.

The guides were fantastic! They picked us up right from the beach in front of our hotel. It was a slow morning but they worked extra hard to make sure we caught fish. You could really tell they wanted it. And we were rewarded with a giant yellowtail.

Jarel and Alfredo very friendly and they found the fish. After I landed Two I suggested we fish for rooster fish and Mahi Mahi. They were happy to oblige and worked hard to get me another species. We didn’t find these but did find Amberjack.  Very friendly and hard working crew.  Only complaint is that Fernando didn’t tell me up front that I had to pay for live bait. But the bait was worth the cost. It was a good day fishing!
